1945 – 46 Affiliation to the I.S.C. Standard.
1947 – 48 Affiliation to B.A. (Pass)
1956 Reorganization as Govt. Sponsored College
1960 Affiliation to the University of Burdwan with B.Sc. (Pass)
1960 – 61 The College was renamed as Banwarilal Bhalotia College.
1961 – 62 Introduction of Honours courses in English, Economics, Pol.-Science, Bengali, Chemistry, Mathematics, Physics and Accountancy.
1962 Introduction of Zoology and Botany.
